The core functionality allows users to register their intended affirmations and have them articulated by the device's synthesized voice. Affirmations can be prepared separately from captions, reducing the risk of mispronunciations during playback. Additionally, users can integrate background music from their music library, enabling a more immersive experience.

The app supports multiple languages available in iOS, and offers adjustable playback speed, pitch, and pause timings. An important feature is the timer function, which allows automatic cessation of playback after 30 or 60 minutes—facilitating affirmation practice during sleep or rest periods. Control features such as fast forward, rewind, and pause are designed for convenience during on-the-go use.

Users can register multiple affirmations across various categories and assign different languages for each. The application also enables automatic import of multiline texts from other apps, parsing each line as a separate affirmation. Volume controls are specific to the synthesized voice component, ensuring clarity during listening sessions.

For effective affirmation creation, it is recommended to frame positive sentences starting with “I,” utilizing present progressive tense for immediacy. When addressing negative feelings underlying the affirmation, beginning with “I am, for some reason…” or “I am, somehow…” may prove beneficial. Repeated listening to affirmations or related phrases like Ho’oponopono mantras (“Thank you,” “I’m sorry,” “Please forgive me,” “I love you”) can enhance mindfulness and reinforcement.
